US 65, Tensas Parish (#4400033949 - Closure#1) *Update: Alternating Lane Closure 5/6 thru 5/10 & Road Closure 5/13 through 5/22/2026*

Update: US 65 in Tensas Parish, Project#4400033949 - Closure#1, from the intersection of US 65 and LA 568 near Azucena to the intersection of US 65 and LA 568 near Goldman will have alternating lane closures (No night work expected) beginning Wednesday, May 6, 2026, with a lane restriction of 12'. The contractor will close the road on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, until approximately Friday, May 22, 2026, to complete roadway patching. Contractor will provide provisions for local traffic to residences located within the closure.
Schedule: Monday through Saturday during daytime hours. (No night work expected)
Permit: Alternating lane closures with 12' restriction. (5/6 through 5/10)
Detour: LA 568 to LA 570 to LA 569 to LA 568. (5/13 through 5/22)
