The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises motorists that due to inclement weather, the schedule has changed for these maintenance activities.
Weather permitting, work is now scheduled as follows:
Thursday, May 7, 2026 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Friday, May 8, 2026 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises motorists that DOTD maintenance forces will be making roadway repairs along the Russell Sage Overpass beginning Sunday, May 3, 2026 and continuing through Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The Russell Sage overpass will be closed while workers are present. Intermittent ramp closures may also be required while maintenance forces make repairs.
Weather permitting, work is scheduled as follows:
Sunday, May 3, 2026 - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Monday, May 4, 2026 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Tuesday, May 5, 2026 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
