H.010960-LA 30 Roundabouts @ Tanger Mall & I-10--Ascension Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is providing an update on H.010960 which is comprised of constructing three new roundabouts along LA 30 in Ascension Parish. The project involves the construction of three roundabouts strategically located along LA 30 at the intersections of I-10 westbound, I-10 eastbound, and St. Landry Avenue.
Motorists should expect a new traffic pattern starting Tuesday night, April 28th between I-10 and LA 3251. Motorists can expect the removal of the traffic signal at LA 30 and Tanger Blvd/Cabela’s Pkwy. Tanger Blvd will become a right in/right out only. The roundabout at Robert Wilson/S St. Landry will be shifted into its final configuration as well. Construction for "Phase 2A" will continue in this area.
Nightly intermittent lane closures and traffic shifts are scheduled to begin Tuesday night, April 28th, and extend thru Tuesday night, May 4th, 2026 to achieve this new traffic pattern. These closures should be expected nightly, between 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
Motorists should expect delays when traveling through the work zone.
