Construction is underway for State Projects 4400032974. This State Project is to replace drainage structures on various State route in Ascension, and Iberville Parishes.
LA 22 is scheduled to have alternating lane closures Thursday, May 28th, 2026 between LA 936 and LA 937. This closure is scheduled to take place between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic through the work zone. One lane of travel will be maintained at all times. Motorists should expect delays when traveling through the work zone.
This closure is necessary for installing an asphalt patch over the newly installed cross drain.
This closure is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
