LANE CLOSURE: US 80 westbound at Wafer Rd., Bossier Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., the outside (right) westbound lane of US 80 at Wafer Road in Haughton, Bossier Parish will be closed.
This lane closure is scheduled to remain in place for approximately four (4) weeks, and is necessary to allow a contractor to build a right turn lane on the west side of Wafer Road.
This lane closure is located approximately 1.2 miles west of the US 80/LA 614 intersection.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
Alternate Route: No detour is necessary for this work.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
