H.015843.6 – LA-1 – Iberville Parish

The Department of Transportation and Development is announcing construction is underway for State Project H.015843. This State Project is to replace drainage structures, patch concrete pavement, patch, mill, and overlay asphalt pavement, stripe, and related work on LA 1 in Iberville Parish.
LA 1 will have alternating rolling lane closures between LA 993 and the Ascension Parish line starting Monday, September 21th and extending through Friday, September 25th. These closures will take place 7AM to 5PM daily.
All activity is scheduled to be completed by Friday, September 25th.
Restrictions: There will be 12' wide lane width restrictions during these closures. These loads should contact the DOTD permit office.
These closures are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
