Jefferson Davis Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces a full road closure of LA 14 (Third Street) in Lake Arthur, beginning 7 a.m. Monday, April 13, 2026, through 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
Detour Route:
Traffic will be detoured via LA 26 and LA 380.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to replace a cross drain pipe.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
