I-10 Eastbound at Exit 101 - LA 182 (N. University Avenue), Lafayette Parish, Ramp Closures

I-10 Eastbound Entrance and Exit Ramp at Exit 101 – LA 182 (N. University Avenue) will be closed on Wednesday, April 8 at 8:00 p.m. until Thursday, April 9 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
These ramp closures are necessary to allow crews to perform joint sawing and sealing operations for the I-10 entrance and exit ramps.
Motorist traveling on I-10 EB will only be able to access LA 182 via the posted detour route, which includes continuing eastbound on I-10 to Exit 103B – I-49/US 167 (Opelousas), continuing to I-49 Exit 1B – I-10 West (Lake Charles), then take I-10 Westbound to Exit 101 – LA 182 (N. University Avenue).
Motorist traveling on LA 182 will only be able to access I-10 Eastbound via the posted detour route, which includes taking I-10 Westbound to Exit 100 – US 167/LA 3184 (Ambassador Caffery Pkwy), turn south on US 167/LA3184, then take I-10 Eastbound.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the eastbound entrance and exit ramp at Exit 101 - LA 182 (N. University Avenue).
Detour routes will be posted during the ramp closure periods.
There will be no vehicle width restrictions with this work.
