CANCELED: US 90 NB from LA 92 (Young St.) to Albertson’s Pkwy., Lafayette Parish, Alternating Lane Closures

UPDATE: This closure has been canceled by the contractor due to equipment breakdown.
There will be alternating lane closures on US 90 Northbound from LA 92 (Young St.) to Albertson’s Parkway on the following nights:
- Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 8:00 p.m. until Wednesday, March 25, 2026 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
- Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 8:00 p.m. until Thursday, March 26, 2026 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
- Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 8:00 p.m. until Friday, March 27, 2026 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
- Friday, March 27, 2026 from 8:00 p.m. until Saturday, March 28, 2026 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform continued construction work on the mainline bridge.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
No detour is necessary.
