The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 1 Northbound and Southbound will have intermittent left and right lane closures beginning on Monday, March 23,2026 to March 24,2026 from 7:00pm to 4:00am. These lane closures are necessary to allow the contractor to clean debris off of the bridge.
These lane closures are necessary to perform asphalt patching repairs and to sweep and clean debris off of the bridge deck.
