Alternating lane closure: I-10 Eastbound (Mile Marker 27 to Mile Marker 32) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces alternating lane closures on Interstate 10 Eastbound from Exit 29 (North Lakeshore Drive) to Kirkman Street overpass, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, beginning Wednesday, March 11, 2026, through Sunday, March 15, 2026.
These closures are necessary for roadway repair and crack filling. Work will be conducted weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
