The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the left lane of I-10 Eastbound from Mile Marker 43 to Mile Marker 46 will be closed nightly from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the following days.
- Sunday, March 22, 2026
- Tuesday, March 24
- Wednesday, March 25
- Thursday, March 26
- Friday, March 27 (8 p.m. until 9 a.m.)
The closure is necessary for crews to conduct asphalt milling operations.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
