LA 14 E at the Lake Arthur Bridge over the Mermentau River, Vermilion Parish, Lane Closures for Routine Bridge Inspections

LA 14 E at the Lake Arthur Bridge over the Mermentau River between Zigler Drive and Lakeshore Road will have alternating lane closures in the east and westbound directions on Monday, March 9, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow for crews to perform routine bridge inspections.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
