LA 151 in Lincoln & Union Parish Pavement Rehabilitation Project, H.012711
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning Monday, March 9, 2026, the contractor will begin installation of cross-drain pipes as part of an ongoing construction project. Seven pipes will be installed that will require a road closure and those seven locations are listed below with a tentative schedule and location map.
March 9th Closure 0.3 miles West of Downsville, LA
March 10th-11th Closure 0.85 miles West of Downsville, LA
March 12th – 13th Closure 1.25 miles West of Downsville, LA
March 16th Closure 1.6 miles West of Downsville, LA
March 17th-18th Closure 2.0 miles West of Downsville, LA
March 19th Closure 2.4 miles West of Downsville, LA
March 20th Closure 3.6 miles West of Downsville, LA
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
Alternate Route: Detour route will be LA 145, LA 822, and LA 33.
