LANE/RAMP CLOSURE: LA 3132 at LA 511 (W. 70th St), Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Thursday, March 5, 2026, the on-ramp from LA 511 (W. 70th Street) to LA 3132 westbound in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed.
Additionally, LA 3132 westbound from I-20 to LA 511 will be reduced to one lane.
These closures are anticipated to take place from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for one (1) day, and are necessary to allow DOTD crews to perform roadway maintenance work.
Restrictions/Permits: Total ramp closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Remember to leave plenty of room between you and the vehicle in front of you.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
