PROJECT UPDATE: COMPLETED - LA 717 between Weekly Road and Louisiana Ave. – Cameron Parish

Cameron Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that work on the $4.10 million project to replace the second bridge on LA 717 over Klondike Bayou is complete, and all lanes are open.
Replacement of the first bridge for this project was completed in the summer of 2025.
Guinn Construction was the contractor for this project.
