Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces the right turn lane on Horseshoe Boulevard from Sampson Street (LA 378) to Mike Hooks Road, westbound, will be closed from 7 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2026, until 5 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2026.
This closure is necessary to perform work associated with the relocation of the Phillips 66 Pipe Rack project. Work will be performed weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
