DOTD announces ditch and pipe cleaning on LA 397 from LA 14 to Swift Plant Road to begin Feb. 9, 2026 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced that work on a $362,140 project to perform ditch and pipe cleaning on LA 397 from LA 14 to Swift Plant Road is set to begin Monday, February 9, 2026.
The project is anticipated to last until May 2026, weather permitting.
Traffic Commander LLC is the contractor for the project.
