LANE CLOSURE: I-220 eastbound over the Red River, Bossier Parish The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Sunday, February 8, 2026, the outside (right) lane of the I-220 eastbound bridge over the Red River in Bossier Parish will be closed.
This lane closure will is scheduled to take place from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for one (1) day, and is necessary to allow DOTD crews to perform repairs to the bridge railing and clean the bridge.
Motorists are urged to drive with caution through the work zone, being mindful of crews and equipment on site.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
Alternate Route: No detour necessary for this work.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
