***UPDATE***Grand Lake Pontoon Bridge temporary operating schedule – Cameron Parish

UPDATE: Cameron Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces a temporary operating schedule for the Grand Lake Pontoon Bridge.
The bridge is open to vehicle traffic only at the following hours daily until further notice: 5 a.m.- 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.- 7 p.m.
The revised schedule is due to mechanical issues on the bridge. DOTD will issue an update once the bridge is open to all traffic.
Safety reminder:
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
