LADOTD Announces Upcoming Roadway Improvements on LA 15 and US 165-Business in Ouachita Parish

A Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) project to repair LA 15 and US 165-Business in Ouachita Parish is scheduled to begin January 20, 2026.
The $9,839,810.28 construction contract was awarded to Diamond B Construction Co., L.L.C. The project consists of asphalt concrete milling, pavement patching, curb ramp improvements, asphalt concrete overlay, drilled shaft foundations, traffic signalization, signal radar vehicle detection systems, and related work.
LIMITS:
Located on LA 15 from its interchange with US 165 to its intersection with US 165-Business, as shown in the plans.
LIMITS:
Located on US 165-Business from its intersection with Richwood Road to the southern tip of the raised gore separating Bry Street, Jackson Street, and the I-20 eastbound exit right-turn lane, as shown in the plans.
Lane closures will be permitted one lane at a time only, ensuring that through traffic is maintained at all times.
