LA 938/W. NEW RIVER ST./COONTRAP RD. (ASCENSION PARISH) LANE CLOSURES - W. New River St. Split to Tucker Rd.

La 938/W. New River St./Coontrap Rd. (ASCENSION PARISH) – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of intermittent eastbound and westbound lane closures on LA 938/W. New River St./Coontrap Rd., from the W. New River Street split to Tucker Road.
These eastbound and westbound intermittent lane closures will take place Wednesday, March 18, 2026 through Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily in order to replace 56 power poles located on north and south sides of LA 938.
