As of January 21, 2026, LA 1054 Tyner Creek Bridge, the roadway will remain open until further notice. A updated closure will be completed once work is rescheduled to begin. Thanks for the understanding and cooperation.
Detour Information:
The following detour will be posted to avoid the road closure:
Motorists traveling LA 1054 east may take LA 40 east to US 51, then north to LA16 east to re-intersect LA 1054.
Motorists traveling LA 1054 west may take LA 16 west to US 51 South to LA 40 East, to re-intersect LA 1054.
