There will be a complete closure on LA 424 between W.O. Turnage Road and Reverend Bennett Road beginning Januray 1, 2026 (Date Change). This closure will allow crews to remove and replace the bridge over Morgan Branch. The contractor plans to have the road reopened by July 15, 2026, weather permitting.
