LA 42 (ASCENSION PARISH) - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of a westbound single lane closure on LA 42.
On Friday, December 19, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM there will be a westbound single lane closures on LA 42 from LA 73 to Chenier Drive.
This closure is necessary to perform utility line and pole repair/replacement.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
