PROJECT COMPLETE: LA 515 asphalt overlay, Red River Parish.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces the substantial completion of the LA 515 asphalt overlay project in Red River Parish. The project repaired six miles of highway from US 71 to LA 514.
