US 61/Airline Highway (ASCENSION PARISH) ROAD CLOSURE - North of LA 30 Gonazales

US 61/Airline Highway – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorist of an intermittent road closures, in both directions, taking place on US 61/Airline Highway on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Intermittent road closures will take place in 5 minute intervals, approximately 1.28 miles north of LA 30.
Intermittent road closures are necessary on US 61/Airline Highway to allow wires to be pulled across the highway to feed power to new customers.
