LA 408 (Hooper Rd)- East Baton Rouge Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 408 (Hooper Rd.), from Breeden Drive to the Comite River Bridge, will have the eastbound outside lane and the westbound inside lane closed from December 6, 2025, to February 4, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. This closure is necessary to allow for new paving installation for turn lanes along Hooper Road.
Please note that this closure is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
