LA 1 NB Emergency Left Lane Closure

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the left lane of LA 1 northbound, near the Sun Plus Pkwy intersection, will have an Emergency Lane Closure this morning Friday, December 05, 2025, between 8:30am to 10:00am. The lane closure is necessary to complete an Asphalt Pavement repair in the left travel lane of LA1 NB.
DOTD urges all drivers to reduce speed, obey posted signage, and remain alert for construction personnel and equipment operating in the work zone.
