LA 4 in Franklin Parish in the Town of Winnsboro approximately 0.05 miles south of LA 4 and US425 intersection will be closed along with a lane closure on LA 4 approximately 0.38 miles south of the LA 4 and US425 intersection will begin on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in order for the contractor to complete water main leak repairs for the Town of Winnsboro.
Road Closure Detour: LA 4, Warren Street, Alsworth Street, LA 17, LA 4.
