There will be LA 16 Eastbound and Westbound alternating lane closures using moving operations from LA 1034 (Vincent Rd.) to US 190 (Florida Blvd.), from 6AM to 6PM, beginning on Thursday, November 13, 2025 through Friday, November 28, 2025, weather permitting, while crews install roadway striping.
Permit Information:
No restrictions for oversized loads.
Detour Information:
Motorists may use the following routes to avoid the work zone:
Motorists traveling LA 16 west may take LA 1034 west to LA 3002, then north to US 190, then east to re-intersect LA 16.
Motorists traveling LA 16 east may take LA US 190 west to LA 3002, then south to LA 1034, then east to re-intersect LA 16.
