REMINDER: Alternating Lane Closures Scheduled Saturday on LA 30 – IBERVILLE PARISH

IBERVILLE PARISH – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that alternating lane closures will take place on LA 30 between the East Baton Rouge parish line and LA 74 on Saturday, November 15, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform patching, milling, and asphalt overlay work along this section of roadway. During this time, motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to plan for additional travel time.
Drivers traveling northbound on LA 30 toward Baton Rouge for the LSU vs. Arkansas football game should be especially aware of anticipated traffic congestion. DOTD encourages these travelers to consider alternate routes to avoid delays.
All work is weather permitting and subject to change.
