Iberia Parish, U.S. 90 Eastbound Entrance Ramp from La. 85 (Patout Road), Ramp Closure

IBERIA PARISH, La. - Effective immediately, the U.S. 90 eastbound entrance ramp from La. 85/Patout Road will be closed until further notice.
The closure is necessary to allow DOTD to evaluate traffic conditions and potential safety enhancements in the area.
During this closure, motorists traveling on La. 85 will be required to use the posted detour route, which is as follows:
· Travel westbound on U.S. 90 and take Exit 134 – Darnall Road
· Turn southwest on Darnall Road
· Access U.S. 90 eastbound via the Darnall Road entrance ramp
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the U.S. 90 eastbound entrance ramp from La. 85 (Patout Road) during the closure.
Detour signage will be posted throughout the affected area.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) appreciates your patience and reminds motorists to drive with caution, observe all traffic signs, and be alert for work crews and equipment in the area.
