Southbound Carrollton Ave, at I-10 (Palmetto St. to Tulane Ave.) , Left and center Lanes closed from 8:00 PM Wednesday night, November 12th – 5:30 AM Thursday morning, November 13th for crews to install barrier and fascia mounted sign assemblies.
