Lane Closure / I-20 Mississippi River Bridge in Vicksburg

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the westbound outside lane of the I-20 Vicksburg Bridge will be closed from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025. This lane closure is necessary to allow crews to perform bridge maintenance work.
These maintenance operations will be performed weather permitting.
Restrictions:
Maximum vehicle width is 16 feet during the lane closures.
Detour:
No formal detour will be established.
