There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 3127 between St. James Parish Line and St. Charles Parish Line, beginning on Monday, November 3, 2025 through Friday, October 30, 2026, from 6AM to 6PM, weather permitting, while construction crews install drainage structures and an asphalt mill and overlay.
Permit Information:
Oversized loads are restricted to 12 feet in width.
Detour Information:
Motorists may use the following routes to avoid the workzone:
Motorists traveling LA 3127 east may take LA 3213 north to LA 641, then north to I-10, then east to I-310 (Exit 220), then south to re-intersect LA 3127.
Motorists traveling LA 3127 west may take I-310 north to I-10, then west to LA 641 (Exit 194), then south to LA 3213, then south to re-interest LA 3127.
