LA 82 at Old Intracoastal Canal (Little Prairie Bridge), Vermilion Parish, Lane Closure

LA 82 at Old Intracoastal Canal (Little Prairie Bridge) will be reduced to one lane on Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29, daily, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform a routine inspection and maintenance of the bridge.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12 foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
