The City of Ruston and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development invites the Ruston community to attend a Public Open House for the I-20 @ Tarbutton Interchange/Frontage Rd. Project. The Project proposes to improve the I-20/Tarbutton Road interchange and provide a two-way frontage road between a new proposed travel center and the Grambling/LA 149 interchange to its west. During the Open House, attendees can learn more about the project and provide input in a self-paced setting.
At the Open House, there will be exhibits showing the proposed improvements and frontage road, project information exhibits, and staff available to discuss the project. Verbal comments can be recorded during the Open House, and written comments can be submitted at the meeting or to the following email address: [email protected]
Comments are encouraged and welcomed throughout the project. However, written comments must be postmarked no later than November 10, 2025, to be included in the Public Meeting transcript. Comments should include the name and address of the person commenting.
