Attention Consultant Community,
The Consultant Compensation and Work Types Matrix has been revised effective October 14, 2025.
This update adds “Study Feasibility Reports” under both Lump Sum and Cost per Unit of Work compensation types — providing greater flexibility while maintaining consistency and predictability in project compensation.
