***UPDATE***Alternating lane closures: I-210 at Exit 3 (Cove Lane) – Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the following lane closures on Interstate 210 at Exit 3 (Cove Lane) will be in effect from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
- I-210 EB and WB Outside Shoulders will be closed
- Exit 3 (Cove Lane) EB and WB will have intermittent alternating lane closures on entrance and exit ramps.
The closures are necessary for DOTD maintenance crews to clean bridge deck, bridge drains, ramps and drainage inlets.
Safety reminder:
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
