Emergency Lane Closure: Portion of I-10 Eastbound to Close Nightly in East Baton Rouge Parish

Baton Rouge, LA – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that there will be nightly emergency closures on I-10 eastbound to repair a damaged section of roadway approaching the City Park Lake Bridge in Baton Rouge.
Beginning Sunday, October 5, nightly lane closures will be in effect on I-10 eastbound from the I-10/I-110 split to E. Lakeshore Drive. The left and center lanes will be closed each night from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Saturday, October 11.
These lane closures are necessary to allow the contractor to remove the deteriorated pavement panels, repair the underlying subgrade and repave the lanes.
