Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced a lane closure along the right lane of I-10 Eastbound from 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 18, 2025, to 5:00 AM on Friday, September 19, 2025. Closures will be in the outside lanes from 1500’ West of the PPG Drive Overpass to Eastbound Exit 27 and from Lakeshore Drive Exit to Bilbo Street East of the Calcasieu River Bridge

Work will be conducted weather permitting.

The closure is necessary for crews to conduct coring for pavement evaluations.

PPG Drive Eastbound Entrance Ramp will remain open. U.S-90 from PPG Drive Eastward will be closed.

Road Closures: U.S.-90 from PPG Drive East to I-10 Eastbound

Detour Routes:

U.S-90: At the PPG intersection of U.S-90 take a right on to PPG Drive. Continue along PPG Drive to the I-10 Eastbound on ramp.

East of Calcasieu River Bridge: Use Bilbo Eastbound Entrance Ramp East of river
