The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-10 between LA 415 and LA 77 will have alternating nightly lane closures both East and West bound beginning on Sunday, September 28, 2025. These lane closures are needed for asphalt milling, patching, and overlay.
Closure times will be Sunday evening to Monday morning from 9pm to 5am, Monday evening to Friday morning from 8pm to 5pm each day, and Friday evening to Sunday morning from 10pm to 7am each day. One lane will remain open at all times.
DOTD urges all drivers to reduce speed, obey posted signage, and remain alert for construction personnel and equipment operating in the work zone.
