Nightly lane closure: I-10 EB and WB from Kirkman St. to Calcasieu River Bridge

Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the right lanes of I-10 Eastbound and Westbound from Kirkman Street to the Calcasieu River Bridge will be closed from 8 p.m. Thursday, September 18, 2025, to 5 a.m. Friday, September 19, 2025.
The closure is necessary for crews to conduct coring for pavement evaluations. Work will be conducted weather permitting.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
