Elm Slough Bridge on LA 923 in Catahoula Parish approximately 1400' north of the intersection of LA 923 and LA 3101 will have an emergency lane closure on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. while the contractor completes geotechnical borings.
Permit: 12' Lane width.
Detour: No detour necessary.
