UPDATE: The closures scheduled for Monday, September 29 and Tuesday September 30 have been canceled.
Jefferson Davis Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced that the right lane of Interstate 10 Westbound from Mile Marker 46 to Mile Marker 44 will be closed from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the following dates:- Thursday, September 18, 2025
- Tuesday, September 23, 2025
- Wednesday, September 24, 2025
- Thursday, September 25, 2025
The closure is necessary for crews to perform bridge work associated with the I-10 overpass over US 165 project.
There will be a 13-foot width restriction throughout the duration of the closures.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
