I-10 EB and WB Lane Closures from St. James Parish Line to US 51 (Exit 209) - St. John the Baptist Parish – Roadway Striping - H.016028

There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on I-10, eastbound and westbound, from St. James Parish Line to the US 51 interchange (Exit 209), between 8pm and 6am, nightly, beginning on Monday, September 1, 2025 through Friday, October 24, 2025, weather permitting, while crews install pavement markings. At least one lane in each direction will be open at all times.
Permit Information:
There are no restrictions for oversized loads.
Detour Information:
Motorists may use the following route to avoid the lane closures:
Motorists traveling I-10 east may take LA 641 (Exit 194), then south to US 61, then east to US 51, then north to re-intersect I-10.
Motorists traveling I-10 west may take US 51 (Exit 209), then south to US 61, then west to LA 641, then north to re-intersect I-10.
