Update (8/26/2025): LA 864 (Loop Road) closure is cancelled.
(8/26/2025) LA 864 (Loop Road) in Franklin Parish beginning north of Franklin Medical Center's Emergency Room drive for approximately 100 ft will be closed on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in order for crews to install a cross drain.
