Herbicide application: US 171 from Moss Bluff to Deridder – Calcasieu and Beauregard Parish

Calcasieu and Beauregard Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced that crews will be conducting herbicide application along US 171 from Moss Bluff to Deridder from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
