Closure: Intersection of US 90 and LA 14 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the US 90 intersection with LA 14 will be closed, starting 7 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2025, through 7 p.m. Saturday August 16, 2025.
The closure is necessary for work crews to perform pavement patching at the intersection.
Motorists heading east on US 90 will be able to turn right onto LA 14 SB. Motorists heading west on US 90 will be able to turn right onto LA 14 NB.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
